Install the Browser Extension

Lives in the browser side panel. Open any client site, click Rescan, and get a per-tag readout: confirmed firing (a real network request went out), found in code only, or not detected — plus the extracted container/pixel IDs.

🌐 Install on Chrome

  1. Unzip the downloaded file to a folder you'll keep (e.g. Documents).
  2. Open chrome://extensions in a new tab.
  3. Toggle Developer mode on (top-right).
  4. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder.
  5. Pin the extension via the puzzle icon → click it to open the side panel.

What it checks

Every scan runs against the tags below, grouped by category. Anything not on this list still shows up under "Other scripts on this page" so nothing goes unnoticed.

Why "confirmed firing" matters

A script tag sitting in the page source doesn't mean the tag actually loaded or sent data — it could be broken, blocked by a consent tool, or cached before a network hit ever went out. Pixel Checker cross-checks the page's own recorded network requests (and, where available, the live global object and first-party cookie the SDK sets) before calling anything "confirmed."

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded — the scan and its results stay local to your machine.
